Our engagements are structured to reduce leadership appointment risk, with clear milestones across search, assessment, and early integration. â€‹â€‹Every engagement includes:

  • Executive search and rigorous assessment

  • Evidence-based leadership evaluation

  • Six months of executive integration coaching structured around the first 90 and 180-day milestones

 

We price engagements as a fixed fee rather than a percentage of compensation. This creates better incentives - we're optimising for the right hire and successful integration, not the highest salary. For clients making multiple appointments across a portfolio or building out leadership teams, the economics are straightforward: you get the quality of work you'd expect from a top-tier firm, with integration support included, at roughly half the total investment.
